The health and safety of our employees and visitors is our highest priority. As we do our part to get Central Ohio back to work, we’re also doing everything we can to fight the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
Working with recommendations and requirements set by the CDC and Ohio Department of Health, we are operating our offices under these guidelines and enhanced safety procedures.
To prevent the spread of infection, all employees and guests are required to wear face masks.

Our Colleagues are required to take their temperature daily and self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before reporting to the office and will work from home when appropriate.
Furniture is spaced and markers have been placed to ensure all guests in our offices and common areas can maintain six feet of distance between each other.
Hand sanitizers and antibacterial cleaning wipes have been placed in common areas throughout the office, and an enhanced cleaning protocol ensures all shared surfaces are sanitized every half hour.
We’re scheduling interviews by appointment only. Our schedule is designed to ensure a minimal number of employees and guests are in the office at any given time.
Hiring offices still in operation are observing physical distancing and are deep cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants and solutions nightly.
