Send us your referrals any time – you’ll earn $50 for EACH referral!

Once your referral works 2 weeks (80 cumulative hours), you will get a $50* bonus on your next paycheck.
*Only referrals with valid contact information will qualify for the referral bonus. The referred candidate must be working on an assignment through Dawson for a total of 80 working hours within 30 calendar days. Your $50 bonus will be applied to your next paycheck after the referred associate has completed hours. You must also currently be on assignment at the time bonus is paid. $50 bonus is subject to all applicable local, state, ad federal taxes as required by law.

How does Career Kickstart work?
- Meet with a Dawson recruiter to see what jobs best fit your needs.
- Work at least 20 hours a week for a semester earning a competitive wage with top employers in our community.
- Earn an additional $500 in tuition reimbursement after every semester worked!
Who's eligible?
- All students taking a minimum of six credit hours with a minimum 2.0 GPA.
- Students will be placed with one of Columbus’ top employers and must be able work at least 20-hours a throughout the semester.
