Interview Expectations

What to bring to your interview, to avoid multiple meetings and expedite payroll enrollment:

  • Printed copies of your resume and any other materials you’d like to present during your interview
  • Two forms of government-issued ID (driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate) or your unexpired passport
  • A blank voided check to set up direct deposit.

Depending on the job for which you apply, your specific skill set, and other employer requirements, your recruiter may also have you:

  • Complete computer skills assessments (Microsoft Office, typing, writing tests, etc.)
  • Perform an on-site drug screen, producing instant results
  • Record your TalentRooster video interview.
  • Authorize a secure background check

At Dawson, we understand the best employees are probably already part of our extended network – family, friends, and other acquaintances of our current working associates. If you're on assignment through Dawson and know someone else looking for work, it could pay off!

How the Dawson Referral Bonus Works:

  1. Tell your friends, family, and other contacts about Dawson.
  2. Send referral's contact information (name, phone number, and email address) to your Dawson Recruiter.
  3. Once the referred employee has worked 2 weeks (80 cumulative hours), you get a $50 bonus* on your next paycheck.

* Only referrals with valid contact information will qualify for the referral bonus. The referred candidate must be working on an assignment through Dawson for a total of 80 working hours within 30 calendar days. Your $50 bonus will be applied to your first paycheck after hours have been completed by referred associate. You must also currently be on assignment at the time bonus is paid. $50 bonus is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal taxes as required by law.
