Re: New Year, New Job? Dawson is Hiring!

Before I consider working with Dawson's I wanted to know what the policy is for excused and unexcused absences for an assignment. I have heard a few alarming comments concerning Dawson employees being dismissed from assignments with excused absences.

For instance: An employee has verifiable documentation I.e. admittance to the hospital, and understanding that if the policy is 3 unexcused occurrences then dismissal, the hospital stay is counted as an unexcused occurrence. How could an unavoidable thing like the threat of having a heart attack not be excused.

For instance: An employee has verifiable documentation I.e. hospital diagnosis for a contagious illness. How would a contagious illness that requires a few days off be considered an unexcused occurrence.

Thank you
